Most of the time this works for me, maybe it will for you..
- Get up before everyone else.
- Have your coffee (or tea) while your house is quiet.
- Enjoy this quiet moment.
- Think about what you would like to accomplish today.
- Make a to do list for just today.
Now get up and go tackle your day! If you mark at least one thing off your list today then celebrate! YAY! Have a cookie! If not, that’s ok too. Just try again tomorrow. Every day is a new beginning and sometimes momma/nanny life is crazy.
